Language is a skill…it must be practiced. You have to speak to learn to speak! If desired, input can be added from Management to seamlessly connect to the course. Here is a possible scenario:

1. Course Enrollment:

  • Hotel staff enrolls in the desired course through the platform.
  • Upon enrollment, they gain access to online modules and quizzes.

2. Online Learning:

  • Staff progress through online modules at their own pace.
  • They attempt quizzes to test their knowledge and receive instant feedback.

3. On-site Practice:

  • Management schedules workshops or practice sessions and notifies staff.
  • During these sessions, staff practices skills and participates in interactive activities.

4. Grading & Feedback:

  • Post-workshop, management grades staff based on performance, participation, and attendance.
  • This grading integrates with the online scores to provide a comprehensive view of the learner’s progress.
  • Feedback is shared, guiding staff on areas of improvement.

5. Certification:

  • Upon successful completion of both online and on-site components, staff receives a certification, validating their skills and knowledge.
